Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use, the bubbles are always white ??

    The bubbles are transparent.

    The white you see is scattered reflected

    light from many surfaces.

    You will notice the same thing with powders.

    A colored substance, ground fine, will appear

    white, or whiter than the solid.
