We have a manufacturing unit for Ethnic Garments and planning to go for Retail as well with our Brand Name !?
Will it work. Do we have to get the Brand Name Registered ! What is the procedure ?

It is necessary to have brand name, if you want to go retail. You can also market retail, through a retailer, already in this line. The suggestion is, because creating brand name and establishing it takes quite a lot of time & money. Retail trade also will require quite a lot of money for establishing.
Registration of brand name is very much necessary. You can take the help of any patent attorney for the procedure.
