I have a question about the Black Books (series 1) episode "Grapes of Wrath"?
In this episode, Fran has found a man who seems perfect, doesn't live with his mother in a car, you know. They go to a restaurant for dinner and she tries out her new laugh with a turn, which doesn't go well. He complains about the music, and rushes up to ask if they'll play his mixed tape. The first song is "Hey big spender (spend a little time with me)", but there is another song, sung by a woman, with the words "Georgia", "California" and "sipped champagne from a shoe". I've tried lyric sites, google, all over looking for it, and I cannot find the title of the song. Any suggestions?
If you don't know, I'll still give 10 point for the best effort.

I love blackbooks, it's hilarious! I love that episode I love it when Fran says "I am a giant ear, waiting for your songs of niceness." oh and the part where bernard is eating a coaster! he he
The song is called I've never been to me by Charlene...The lyrics are a little different..the song in blackbooks says 'I've been to Georgia, California and I've sipped Champagne from a shoe" however I've never been to me says " I've been to Georgia and California and anywhere I could run" and another verse says "I've been to Niece and the Isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht"
The lyrics are different but the music is exactly the same..I love the song
