I would say, "You have the right to remain silent. If you choose not to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have an attorney present during questioning. If you desire an attorney and cannot afford one, one will be appointed before any questioning.
"You are charged with high crimes and misdemeanors against the Human Community and the People of the United States of America. Do you understand the charges against you and do you understand your rights?"
