First Mini-City! Now this ad for jeans! Is it within there guildlines - I report it - but it remains. Am I wrong?

It depends on who is doing the asking. If it is a regular user, then it might be considered as SPAM and reportable. If it is a FEATURED SPONSOR or OFFICIAL -- then they basically can do what they want, since it was cleared with the Yahoo Answers staff before posting.
