Internet Problems - Cannot Upload?
Whenever i try to upload anything, it wont work. For example, i cannot add any attachments to my email, it will just sit there and do nothing. When i try to upload pictures to my facebook it gives me an error liek Page Cannot be Displayed, or timed-out. This happens whenever i try to upload anything.
I have SBC DSL internet. I can upload at different places, just not when i am at home. Any suggestions? Could it be the ISP, or my modem or router? I have a SBC modem, and a Dell Truemobile router. This didnt happen up until 7-8 months ago.
No need to dumb the answer down by the way.

disable firewall (if XP SP2, make sure windows firewall is off too)
turn off any antivirus programs, norton, avg, avast...
try connecting directly to your dsl modem, remove the router from the network temporarily... if it still doesn't work.. try spyware scans, antivirus scans
if it does work, stay off the router, re-enable everything one at a time, with a test in between each till you find which parts are causing the issue, back all the way to the router... which may need resetting....

Well, you probably caught a virus. Check your virus protector and have it run a virus scan. And it might be doing something, just your computer takes a really really long time. Maybe get some new USB ports. Those might be the cause
Right now I'm having problems with my Wi-Fi USB connector, it wont respond.

First of all, do you turn off and reset your modem and computer once in a while?? That would be the first step. Second step.........are you getting your automatic updates from Windows........I had many issues going on, before I switched to DSL, and that was because my computer couldn't upload the latest updates........if it doesn't have them, that will greatly affect how it performs.

Try to disable your anti-virus program and see if it makes a difference.
Good Luck Mate!
