Can i use my phone's camera as a webcam?

I have a HTC Tytn, and it has quite an impressive camera. i am wondering if there is any application out there that can capture the stream from the camera and output it via usb or bluetooth to a computer, which would use the video stream.

Yes u can . Its from http://www.ateksoft.com/ called WebCamera Plus . Its NOT a freeware though.
