Can somebody teachme manipulate astral Projection???

i just need some kind of tips to focus better

because my body does it automatic wen im half sleep

somebody that does that often and can explain?

if u dont know, astral is wen ur spirit body comes out ur real body and floats or walk tru doors etc..

i have seen my body from the top and ibeen separated from it alot of times but i dont know how to doit wen i want to.

something..else..wen..im..astral..

i..see.demonds..demonic,,figures

fliying,around,me,

is,that,normal?

    I don't think anyone can since astral projection isn't real. But good luck and if you do make it to the astral plane, drop by.

    The quail of Doom would suggest duplicated the magic that separates the soul from the body at time of death. then your soul can float around any time it wants.
