There is a site called A Southern Season that will sell them to you. They're cute cookies, they're shaped like feet and there is a brown dot on the heel. I couldn't find a recipe for you. Sorry.

I don't have a cookie recipe, but there IS a seller on eBay who sells cookie cutters for different schools..... I bought a LONGHORN (Texas) cookie cutter at Christmas.....
