If you are not allowing air to go into the bag or moving the bag in any way he will die when the oxygen has been depleated from the water or when the ammonia spikes due to waste.

Although fish can survive in a bag for many hours on a trip home or across the country, they need a source of dissolved oxygen and clean water.

Yes, he will. Fish need oxygen, and if you have the fish in a closed bag, the water will not get enough oxygen to keep the fish alive.

Please do NOT keep a fish in a bag - how would you like if someone kept you in a box without any windows or airflow and only opened it twice a day to drop food in? Think you would live a long time?

Maybe the fish will live a few days, but then need space to move around in, and oxygen.

ur spensed to leave them in a bag to get used to the tank water but after that they need to go in a tank outwise they run out of oxygen

Yes he will die. Fish need oxegen in the water to live. also the bag would get ammonia poisoning really quick. you need to have the bag open constantly for enoguh oxegen to go in for him. also a bag is way to small for any kind of fish to live in for a long period of time.

Of course he'll die. Depending on the fish it can suffocate(surface breathers), or die of ammonia poisoning.

I don't see why your trying to do this, flush all your fish and start over.
