Classic Mario on the Wii?

Question

If I go ahead and download this game onto my Wii, will I be able to play it with the Wii remote, or will I have to buy either a GameCube remote or a Nintendo Classic remote?

its will tell u on there.. when u go to purchase it it will show a picture of the remotes next to it that u can use.. i downloaded mario bros three, witch im actually going to go play now lol i forgot i downloaded it, and it uses the wii remote..

You wouldn't use the nunchuck but  the wii remote. Simple:)

Yeah, you won't use the nunchuk though. You'd just use the wii remote turned to the side.

we play it with the wired controller that came with the game
