    31 1/4 lb potatoes

    12 1/2 c s.c.

    6 1/4 c mayo

    3 1/8 c sugar

    6 1/4 bunch green onion

    12 1/2 c chz

    12 1/2 tbs bacos

    she'd need 6 1/4 containers of s.c., but since you can't buy a 1/4 container, she'd need 7.

    ( I figured 6 goes into 75 12.5 times so multiply everything by 12.5, don't know if it's right, but it's the best I got )

12 & 1/2 tablespoons of bacon bits, 12 & 1/2 cups of cheese, 6 & 1/4 cups of green onion, 3 & 1/8 cups of sugar, 6 & 1/4 cups of mayo, 12 & 1/2 cups of sour cream & 31 & 1/4 cups of red potatoes = recipie for 75 ppl. And 13 containers of sour cream. There you have it. The sour cream thing is assuming you are using 16oz containers fo sour cream. 16oz = one cup so 12 containers. you cant buy an 8oz container of sour cream (at least at my grocer you cant) so thats why the additional container. 13 containers. Good luck : )

Divide 75 by 6. That gives you 12.5. Multiply 12.5 by all your amounts and I think that gives you how much you need. I think that's how you would do it, sorry if I'm wrong.
