Has anyone had trouble with the Where's my Rebate site?
Hi there...has anyone gone to the Where's my Rebate link on the Where's my Refund page on the IRS's website? If so..did it work for you? It cannot find my information and I e-filed and my return direct deposited back in Jan. with no problems. Thanks.

There's nothing wrong with the system. It's just not time for you to get your refund...it has not been entered into the system.
It says:
We recommend checking the Payment Schedule prior to using this application since your payment information will not be available on this tool until the time that your payment is scheduled.

It worked for me. I filled in the info and it said that my money would be deposited on May 2. My last two SS #'s are 10. I filed with Turbo Tax and had my processing fees paid using my debit card directly from my checking account. I called my bank and they said that I had a ending deposit from the IRS that would be completed at midnight tonight.

I had that problem when I initially started checking for my refund. However, after waiting a week I tried again and it worked. There is a phone # that you can call if you havent received your refund yet. 1-800-829-1040
Try speaking to an actual person and explain that you cant get the link to recognize your information.

I tried to check mine and it didn't work and I also tried my husband's... but no luck. I think it only works if your payment is schedule for that week.
