Stimulus Rebate help???

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has received their refund even though the IRS Where's my Rebate could not locate any info about their rebate. It says info. should be on there about a week out from payment. According to the chart mine should be sent to my bank NLT the 9th. But it says it cannot provide specific info. for my rebate. I e-filed and had my return DD. I paid my fees with my CC. I do not owe any type of back taxes or student loans. I received a letter a while ago that said I should be getting one. So..has anyone had their deposit deposited but the site did not tell them any info.? Also did anyone actually have their refund prior to Friday? Thanks.

Update:

Thanks...and I get that. But I am not asking about when my refund will go into my account. I am just wondering why no info. is on the site about my refund when it says it should be sent to my bank NLT the 9th. I also know it will not and should not take 2 weeks from when it is sent.

Update 2:

I filed in Jan. I filed on the day the IRS started accepting returns and had my refund a few days later.

Update 3:

Not a few days later but like 10 or so.

The IRS "Where's My Stimulus Payment" tells people that it'll show up about 1 week before the deposit, so I'd expect it to show up by Monday or Tuesday at the latest if it's going to be direct deposited on the 9th.

I'm guessing the people who are scheduled for the 1st part of the May 5th-9th wk are already showing up as the IRS would've had to have scheduled them at the end of last week to keep on schedule.

My moms last 2 are 27 and she's been scheduled since Friday for the 6th (Tues), so she was only scheduled in advance of 4 days. I'm hoping the rest of us in this batch can check status by Mon or Tues...

I'm having the exact same problem. I too, should be in the group getting theirs by May 9. I actually talked to someone at the IRS late yesterday and was told that it should already be giving me a date on the rebate hotline if I am getting it in the next seven days. So apparently, I am not getting mine on time either. She told me I just needed to keep checking it, that she couldn't give me a date. My sister's problem is also identical. You can call the main IRS # at 1-800-829-1040 tomorrow and talk to someone. Ask them to check your tax record and make sure there are no flags (they said mine was fine). Hope this helps!

the assumption at the back of the stimulus rebate is to jumpstart a stalling economic gadget with new money- the only distinction is, the funds is given directly to the persons. that's meant to artwork at right here assumptions : while human beings get funds a million) human beings purchase issues or centers 2) figuring out to purchase will advance call for contained available in the industry 3) call for contained available in the industry = extra production of things & centers 4) extra production = extra Jobs for persons 5) extra Jobs = extra funds interior the palms of persons 6) commence back from step a million it particularly isn't the 1st time its been finished. basically time will tell no rely if this stimulus kit might have any result on the economic gadget. Now no rely if it particularly works or no longer - determine you get your proportion from the government !

  • lots of people with the last 2 digits of their socials still have not seen their rebates yet and is experiencing the same issues you are with that crappy where's my rebate link on the irs's website.

i think they just threw it up there just to calm people down but sorry to say that it's not working,it's only making matters worse for most people.

You don't say when you filed - you might have filed too late to be in the first set of payments

The exact same page also tells you to wait at least TWO WEEKS from the estimated date for your rebate to arrive.

Patience. All comes to he or she who waits.
