so i got my clavicles pierced a few weeks ago and im supposed to cover them at night but....?

apparently i dont react well to adhesives, first i tried bandaids, but those left what looked like scratches all over my skin, so now im trying to use sterile gauze with some medical tape that is meant for sensitive skin, but the tape leaves my skin all red and shiny like the adhesive is still stuck to my skin. does anybody have any suggestions as to what i could use instead?

I agree with the first person. Let them breathe. Just wear a clean, lose fitting t-shirt to bed.

But make sure it is a clean t-shirt every night. You don't want to spread bacteria.

And since it was a few weeks ago, it's fine to do this! It's not like they are newly pierced...

    Good Luck!

Don't cover them. They need to breath. Problem solved.

first off, OUCH!!!! have you tried the latex - free bandages? my mom gets marks like that from bandages, but hers is a reaction from the latex.
