What is the best barrel for a Spyder: a J&J Ceramic 14" vs Custom Products 14"?

I'm about to recieve my Spyder Pilot in the mail and one of the must have upgrades according to many reviews is a new barrel so I need some advice. Both barrels mentioned cost around the same, I just don't want to say "Oh, I should have gotten the ______!" later on. Thanks.

Also, is it true that the J&J ceramic doesn't come with an o-ring and therefore becomes loose?

    well first of all a custom products barrel is supposed to be made for accuracy but dont spend $50 on a barrel look on ebay for 14" sniper barrels for Spyder JT Piranha threads and be carefull i have bought Spyder barrels and got them and found out there auto cocker as for the O ring Spyder barrel orings are 17B70 ask a paintball field or store but walmart wont have them also go to orings@paintballorings.com OR ftw@ftwpaintball.com tell them you need a Spyder Barrel O ring it might cost $1 for about 10-20 if you cant find one email me i will send you a some free i work on spyders all the time gettin them ready to rent or sale and after a week of use i change all the orings so i have plenty thanks
