What do you call of a person who couldn't make up his mind?

How do you call him in any language (English, German, Chinese, etc.).

I don't know how to call for those people like them.

    English: hesitant , unsure

    Spanish: dubitativo, indeciso

    German: unentschlossen

    For English, there are several ways to say it. Wishy-washy guy or wishy-washy person are probably the oldest and most common. I saw "wishy-washy flower child" on one internet site which is a rather colorful way of saying it.

    Some newer words for this type of person are "waffler" and "wuss."
