Refurbished XBox 360?
I was thinking about buying a refurbished 360 from gamestop for $200.00, is it worth buying refurbished 360's or should I stay clear from buying a refurb?

They are guaranteed to work so, you can try it. Plus you can have them show you the condition and stuff. If you have the money though it is always better to go for the new.

I feel if you're going to by a refurbished unit, that xbox should be half the price of a new one, and should have some kind of warranty. You might as well spend an extra $150 and get a new 360 though.

I've never had a problem with refurbished electronics, and I own several, including my 360 and PSP (both of which are still in perfect working order after over a year and a half of heavy use). All it means is that they were sent back to the manufacturer to have parts that were known to be defective or otherwise inferior to current versions swapped out and replaced with parts that have had the issues fixed.
