What are some good tips for saving money at clothing stores?
I love to go shopping, but the clothes I buy just cost too much. I don't want to buy cheapo clothes though. What are some good tips that could save me some money, but still get the same stylish and good-quality clothes?

Sales, sales, sales! Also, if you don't mind wearing, say, late-fall clothes in winter, or early-summer clothes in late-summer, check the clearance racks. My favorite tip is to go to stores like TJ Maxx and Marshalls, because they have a bunch of brand stuff but it's at lower prices. I bought a really cute Fang shirt there for like 12 dollars, and once my cousin found some Abercrombie jeans for 10 bucks! Sometimes there isn't anything good, but sometimes there's really great stuff (half price converse? helloo!! i'm not dumb)

Good question! Here are some tips: Don't go to Hollister, Abercrombie, Aeropostale...the clothes stink and they will shrink. 2nd: TJ Maxx has some really cute clothes! You can get a variety of clothing for cheap prices. If you find something you like but your not sure where you can wear it to, dont buy it! Always check out sales and clearence racks! I found a dress for $1. It was sooo cute! Although...it did get glitter on everything I touched. One other thing: Dont buy sale priced items just because they are on sale. They might be there because of out-of-style or no one wants it. Plus, you make not ever need it! Dollars add up. Ask people in the store next time you go if they would buy it. :) I hope this helps!

Have a shopping plan each season for what you need to fill holes in your wardrobe and what would be fun and update what you have. Look in stores that have the quality you like. Many department stores have different levels of merchandise. Read the newspapers for sales. Sign up for email notification of sales. Get on mailing lists. Get to know some of the sales people in the stores you like, because if they are on commission they will call you if something you like goes on sale. Get to know where the sale merchandise is.
If you see something you love but the price is too high, check on line. This works really well with shoes, as places like endless.com run periodic sales on great shoes.
Start thinking like a European--less is more. Fewer clothes, higher quality, longer life. Buy only what you love or what you need. A good quality coat, for example, lasts for years. I have a navy cashmere double breasted coat that is twenty years old and is still in style.
I just got a Burberry purse at half price by waiting, watching, and knowing the sales people.
Hope that helps!

Outlet shops are frequently practically as intense priced because the favourite shops, notwithstanding can symbolize price reductions. sounds like your little ones prefer to appreciate extra useful that the "manufacturers do not lead them to the fellow they're." perchance perhaps supply them a stability between the less expensive and many the further favourite manufacturers. mixture and tournament and some journeys to JC Penney could be so as.

wait for sales... especially exspensive stores almost always have a half yearly sale or something. or you can take and item and divide the cost by the number of times you'll wear it to see if its really worth it. or decide to only buy sale items...
hope i helped
