Somehow. That country has a rich culture and its economy is prosper. It only happened that it was ruled by the brutal damn Nazis that is why all of their good achievements were forgotten. By just looking at their culture and their History (except their history during world wars) you will be convinced that they have somehow became a major country in Europe. Frederick II, one of Europe's enlightened monarchs, is a good man.

i'd say that yes, that's true. and i'd also believe what wikipedia has to say over anything i've ever read here.
