    I thought Steve Fossett was declared dead last year. At any rate, the search by google was given over to Amazon turk.com. You can read about Steve Fossett at Google Earth blog page and get updated links from them. At turk.com you can earn money from doing "human" tasks like using satellite images to search an assigned grid for crashed planes, etc.
