How do you get a -10 points for the week?
I've noticed that when I dragged my cursor over a person's picture that has asked a question, that there is a -10 points listed for his weekly total. How does that happen?

well, you lose points from getting a violation (-10 points), asking a question(-5 points) or deleting an answer (-2 points).
these would lead them to getting negative points one week.

Well, it would mean that person could of have asked two questions in a week. A question is -5.
