FACTOR: -x^2 +4x +2?

I use to know how to factor but now I am taking another math class and I can't remember how to factor!

    -x^2 + 4x + 2

    = -(x^2-4x-2)

    You need factors of -2 that add to -4.

    There are none, so this polynomial is prime.
