Microsoft Word 2003 - need help from someone smart?

I don't know what I did, but somehow I managed to lose the up/down scroll bar and right/left scroll bar and the "layout" buttons that would normally be on the lower left corner of the screen. The ones that allow to switch between normal view, html view, outline view - etc..

How do I get them back?

This is what I'd try with Word XP (2002):

    1. Click the Tools->Options menu item.

    2. Click the View tab.

    3. Check the Horizontal scroll bar and Vertical scroll bar checkboxes.

    4. Click OK.

    Hope that helps.
