i keep getting these pop ups on my computer and i have a pop up blocker.?

i'm using google tool bar with the blocker. it's really making me mad.
i have norton security scan. but idn if it's doing anything.

Get Malwarebytes' free program at this link.

When you get there, scroll down the page until you see"Tools Needed for this fix:"
Then click the "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" link to download the software.
Install and update the program.
Reboot into "Safe Mode".
Then run the scanner and remove anything it finds.
It worked for me.

The google toolbar is not enough, you need other source of pop up blocker. As far as norton goes remove it it sucks it won't detect anything. I recommend you to buy defender pro is very easy to use and install, just install the firewall which has antivirus pop up blocker, antispy etc. it will keep your computer safe and free of annoying pop ups. You can find defender pro at Target.
