I just bought 3 packages of Active Dry Yeast?

I just bought 3 packages of active dry yeast, but I don't know what to do with it! I don't want to make bread or english muffins, I need a very simple recipe, with the basic ingredients. Please include the recipe too. Thank You!

P.S. I prefer something that I bake, because I love baking!

    Parmesan Herb Crackers

    1 pkg. dry yeast

    ¼ cup warm water

2 cup chicken broth or stock

    2 Tbsp. olive oil

    ½ cup parmesan cheese

    ½ cup powdered milk

    2 Tbsp. dried parsley

    1 tsp. organic oregano

    1 ½ tsp. garlic powder

    2 1/2 cups flour

    1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Let stand 5 minutes.

    2. Add stock, oil, cheese, dry milk, herbs and garlic. Gradually blend in the flour. Add enough of the flour to make a dough, but still sort of fluffy and loose.

    4. Fill a pastry bag, with a large star tip, with the dough. Pipe large circle treats onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

    5. Alternately, you can just use a tablespoon to drop cookie like spoonfuls of dough onto the parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

    6. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

They make a great compliment to tomato soup, a fun replacement for garlic bread, and they are especially tasty with a little bacon or prosciutto on top.

What you will get is a version of Sourdough. The longer the yeast is kept the more flavor it will develop. This will give a "sour" flavor to the culture. The mixture of flour, water and yeast will have to be "fed" as the yeast will consume the food in the mixture as they eat and reproduce. In theory there is active yeast cultures floating around in the air so you should be able to start your bread with out yeast. It will take a while but you will get yeast that will be attracted to the flour and water mixture.
