What is the name of the plague movie with...?

infected people quarantined in a stadium and basically left to fend for themselves, two young women in the city, one saved from muggers by a black guy and she ends up helping him sneak medical supplies into the stadium. In another part she accompanies her female friend to an infection testing office.
