Me - Mission to Mars with a lunar base as a stepping stone.  The patents on all the new technology will keep it funded for generations.

Well I would invest a lot of it, start my own airline business coz I love to fly and work as a pilot in it..


But really I dont know what I would do with 700 billion, give a lot of it away to charity or build my own charity and help people..

It sucks that we have to pay for the greed of others and don't get to share in the profits, reap the benefits or get anything for it, really, with the exception of the heaping, steaming plate of feces that they're shoving in front of all of us. That being said, we don't have a choice. Let's just hope that we'll get lucky and make some money from AIG.

Consult a good tax lawyer and take care of tax obligations.
Pay my, my relatives' and a few friends bills off.
Tithe & donate to certain charities.
Invest enough for me & my family to live off of.
Throw a HUGE party for all my friends (and wanna-be friends.)
Do a bit of renovation on my house (I would NOT move!)
Travel, Travel and more TRAVEL!!!!!

I (my family) would have everything we've always wanted!!! Kids, grand kids, great grand kids, would be set for life! But I would give a tremendous amount to animals/ shelters around the world, plus build my own animal "kingdom."for those idiot morons  who dont want  or deserve their poor pets anymore......bring them to me where they'll be forever loved!!!
