My ideal sandwich is a hamburger recipe that my friend got from another friend.
I don't know what the burger is called, but you mix in worchestershire sauce, and after shaping the burgers, you add season salt and tabasco sauce. When you are grilling and they are about done you put some bbq sauce on top and let it cook a little more. You can add chesse, but they taste pretty good without it.

I love Subway fit meal subs. If I make my own I use deli meats chicken, ham, and turkey. Then I use swiss cheese and pepper jack cheese, lettuce, salad peppers, onion, tomatoes, spicy mustard and sweet pickles. I use a hoagy loaf or a hard bread that is soft in the middle, pile it up get you some good chips and chow down. Yummy!

There's a deli here that makes the most incredible muffaletta. Tons of Italian meats like mortadella, salami, and more, and provolone and Italian salsa, which is like chopped up green and black olives in red wine and garlic. YUM!!! It's the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. I have to get at least 3 when I get a chance to get to that deli. One for me, one for my husband, and one for the next day!

i really like chicken salad made with mayo, curry powder, sliced grapes, and chopped pecans (& a bit of salt & pepper) on oat nut bread - so good! i also really like quality egg salad on white toast with a bit of lettuce, sweet relish, & salt & pepper (& sometimes a thin slice of american cheese too, although people seem to think that's gross). & i also really like a panini with smoked turkey, lots of provolone or muenster cheese, & some veggies. or a reuben on whole wheat instead of rye. ahh there are so many good sandwiches out there!!

My ideal sandwich is 2 slices of fresh white bread, spread with butter and filled shredded crayfish, dressed with a pinch of salt, and a little 1,000 Island Dressing.
If I want something more substanial I will butter the top of the above top with mashed egg, lightly seasoned with S&P and topped with another slice of bread.
If I was hungry and wanted more, I would butter the top of the above and place a leaf of really crisp Iceburg lettuce on tip, add a pinch of salt and top with another slice of bread.
Now if I was really, really hungry........well I'll leave that to you...
