Does caffeine enhances muscle growth?

What are the pros and cons and how and when should i take coffee?

i hate it when ppl use this as an excuse to advertise for an e-book or some scams. so beware to all dont be fooled by such 'answers'

    No. It does however help give you the energy to lift harder or exercise longer. This is where the growth takes place. I personally am not a fan of caffeine, because what happens when you go off of it? You lose the energy and results from taking it. It is highly addictive. If you have caffeine at all, try to get it in it's purest form, not that found in coffee.
