Hi, I have joined to at least 20 ptc programs a month ago and so far it is good. I'm about to reach the minimum payout of each PTCs and soon I will be withdrawing my funds. I have a friend who is doing this for over a year now and she told me its a good source of extra cash. But this is not a get-rich-quick programs. You can only earn up to $0.01 per ad you visit and view in about 20 to 30 seconds, don't worry, there is a counter on top of the viewbar, so you'll know if you already accumulated the 30seconds requirements. Membership is free and upgrading your membership into gold or premium is optional, unless you really want to earn MORE than the standard. But upgrading you membership is only advisable if you are really confident that the PTC site is really paying. You should give them the time to prove themselves, maybe after 3 or more payments. Also, you can earn more if you can garner more referrals, because you can also earn from every ad your referrals view.

Here's a link to my Paying PTC Communities:

    Hope this can help you.

If you live in the US, there are a number of legitimate sites. Some even allow non US citizens. You actually get paid to do surveys. You can browse through and see what you think. All free to join. Once you are asked for money to join, leave it alone.
