Why do women say one thing and do another?

For example, this girl says " I am strongly against taking sleeping pills." then a few months later she goes ahead and takes them. Don't their words count for anything? Is there no pride in our words we speak?

Dont make this a guys vs girls thing please. tht is overrated and plain childish. just answer the qstn . Its true guys do tht too but i've realized its more so with women. thts why i ask so..

    because women are like that. they can change in a heartbeat. they just do things like that. get used to it. besides guys do it too

    you guys are worse then us females. the older we get the more mature we get, the older you guys get the more up and down you get.
