What is the cheapest makeup i can buy with good quality?

I sometimes buy my make up on sale & with coupons.

I would check your Sunday advertisements. If you can get stuff with a coupon & a sale price. You got a bargain.

I am the same age as you and started wearing makeup a while ago. My makeup collection is now bigger than I ever imagined, and I managed to stay in budget. This is how I do it. Each month, set a certain amount that you can spend(do this for all the months not individually and adjust as needed). I would reccomend 12-20 dollars. Mine is about 20 or 15. Then, don't go over budget each month but make sure that you do save enough to buy what you need(new mascara every 6 months because otherwise it'll get germs). The brands I would reccommend are:

ELF www.eyeslipsface.com this is mainly only $1 for everything excluding minerals and kits!!! Not available in most stores...grest quality though!!

CoverGirl www.covergirl.com Available in drugstores. Nice Quality, decent price.

Maybelline- www.maybelline.com Great Quality, a little more expensive than CoverGirl, but great.

Rimmel London- www.rimmellondon.com. Surprisigly cheap and awesome quality!!!

Revlon- www.revlon.com This is more for older people(my grandmother wears this brand) but is nice quality.

Whatever makeup you wear, be sure to wash it off with a face wash every night.

I would reccomend Clearsil Stayclear Face Wash as well as their acne medication, and I use Biore Moisturizer but there are lots of different kinds. If you have sensitive skin be sure to get the kind for sensitive skin!!!

and i would say NYC is the cheapest.

but i would recommend Maybelline instead.

even if it is a little more expensive the quality is amazing.

save up your money and get that kind.

it is better to have a couple of really good things than a ton of bad ones!

and the stores with the best prices would be Walmart and Target.

I'm not a walmart fan, but for makeup they have some great deals.

They have things like:

foundation+powder

mascara+eyeliner

eyeshadow+ eyeliner.

(for brands like covergirl, maybelline, etc. and the price of the packet is usually like 3 dollars cheaper than if you bought both things separate).

just keep your eyes open for special things like buy one get one free or buy one get one half off. Walgreens has that a lot.

go to meetmark.com and order a catalog of their products.

Wet N Wild, Jane, Bonne Bell, those are pretty good quality but not too expensive. But you are only 12 so you don't need that much makeup--maybe just a simple lip gloss, brown mascara and blush.

SEPHORA brand has cheap but it's good. what's your idea of cheap? okay lets get started. NYC (new york city) brand...only use their EYELINERS, those are good, and almay, they have good eyeliners too. okay onto eyeshadows: revlon has good eye shadows too, if you don't want expensive. BUT when you're choosing foundation and blush you MUST choose good make-up, or else you will get pimples. okay, if you don't have pimples, or ugly brown spots, or anything and your skin is clear, soft and smooth..do not put on foundation, it will RUIN your skin, okay?

MAC is expensive but they have good stuff. if you're just starting out, go buy some eyeshadow (just neutral colours, matte shades, nothinf sparkly), eyeliner, and lip gloss, not lipstick, okay? if you want to wear blush, it has to be the good kind, sephora has sephora brand blush that is about 15$? that's the cheapest you get without ruining your skin. don't settle for cheap make-up, seriously, you will break out, okay?

i think you're kinda young though...i didn't start wearing make-up till i was like 16. maybe wait till you're 15? because you could ruin your skin by putting chemicals on in an elary stage and then when you're older you'll get pimples.

The first answer is right. Good makeup is not cheap. Always remember that you get what you pay for....

if it was great makeup, they would charge the consumer more money.

I'm 13 and this is what i use:

concealer- Jane., $2 at rite aid

- blends well, no show!

foundation- Rimmel London, $8 at wal-mart

-i use this, doesn't break me out and lasts all day!

mascara and eyeliner - maybelline, $3 or clinique, $8 and eyeliner $1 at walmart

-no clumps!

You are still young, That's all you need right now...

and stay away from eyeshadow, it ages you.

If you want a good brand that is easyer to find, try NYC. They have pretty good stuff, very impresses with thier waterproof eyeliners, mineral foundation and nail polish. I just dont really like thier eye shadows, they are just hard to get lots of color. But still, for the price its pretty good.

Rimmel or maybelline your really young for make-up by the way...dont begin now....its too early. Give it a year or two at least or you'll start develpoing more spots and horrible skin and then you wont be able to cover it with anything!
