Yup! I've had two laparascopic surgeries to check for endometriosis (well they went in to remove cysts too but they were concerned that endo was causing this issue). Both times, no endometriosis.
Some women have a lot of pain during ovulation. I do. Sometimes its AWFUL....the irregular periods can be normal depending on your age...If you are rather young it's normal to get irregular periods at first...and if it stays constant sometimes docs will put you on bc to regulate it...
I also had normal colonoscopy and endoscopy (which were painless for me so I wouldn't worry too much since they use sedatives!) results when I was referred to a gastroenterologist because other than the cysts the pain was "clearly not gynocological" (words of my OBGYN). Eventually my doc (who is thankfully a surgeon as well, guess i was lucky) removed my appendix. The pain subsided. The appendix looked "normal" to them they said other than being "slightly congested" but..hey...it goes to show that sometimes weird things happen...and docs don't always know what to look for...
I hope that they find out what's going on for you quickly. I know that pain is not something anyone wants to deal with...and it can definitely interfere with everyday life.
Best wishes...

Endometriosis
What are the symptoms?
The most common symptoms are:
* Pain. Where it hurts depends on where the implants are growing. You may have pain in your lower belly, your rectum or vagina, or your lower back. You may have pain only before and during your periods or all the time. Some women have more pain during sex, when they have a bowel movement, or when their ovaries release an egg (ovulation).
* Abnormal bleeding. Some women have heavy periods, spotting or bleeding between periods, bleeding after sex, or blood in their urine or stool.
* Trouble getting pregnant (infertility). This is the only symptom some women have.
Endometriosis varies from woman to woman. Some women do not know that they have it until they go to see a doctor because they cannot get pregnant. Some have mild cramping that they think is normal for them. In other women, the pain and bleeding are so bad that they are not able to work or go to school.

I have endo and my document did not even hassle with the surgical procedure when you consider that he mentioned there is not any therapy for it. What I revel in is mattress-ridding soreness that's in my cut down again, my pelvic neighborhood and (in many instances on dangerous intervals) into my legs, and rather heavy float. It begins a pair days earlier than my interval and ends just a little earlier than I give up bleeding. Since I have had a youngster even though I have hardly ever had any soreness (thank god!!!!). I could use muscle relaxers and prescription soreness killers to ease the soreness so I might do matters. It's no longer amusing. I have had one miscarriage up to now and a few quandary ttc when you consider that I get such a lot of cyst on my ovaries. I'm simplest 21 years historical. My mom ended up having a hysterectomy in her early 30's when you consider that of an extra situation that's within the equal loved ones as endo. So it's hereditary.
