How Badly Did I Screw Up???

ok so me and my crush went out by ourselves for the first time tonight (we usually go with a group of friends) and i barely spoke. when he said something i talked back, but didnt say much. when we were out w/ friends i couldn't stop talking. but tonight i had nothing to say. we went to the movies and we barely spoke, both of us.

when the movie was over i had my keys out before i was out of the theater builing. was that a bad thing? i just do it without thinking. he said that he had fun and that we should go out again. but y did he say that? i mean yes i had fun, but i do anytime im near him. did he really mean that or was he trying to be nice?? ugh im sry if i sound stupid and if this is easily interpreted, but i cannot decipher this guy he just makes me forget everything and all common sense flies out the window
