theres a pill that has 7.5 percocet or 2.5 percocet, but nothing with 725. its made of acetaminophen/oxycodone (the acetaminophen is found in tylenol and oxycode is a painkiller, like vicodin). used for acute and chronic moderate to severe pain. its a opioid schedule II controlled substance and subclass is narcotics. the mechanism of action is to bind to various opioid receptors, producing sedation.
serious reactions:
seizures
circulatory collapse
cardiac arrest
respiratory depression/arrest

Percocet side effects
Get emergency medical help if you have any signs of an allergic reaction to Percocet: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
In rare cases, acetaminophen may cause a severe skin reaction that can be fatal. This could occur even if you have taken acetaminophen in the past and had no reaction. Stop taking Percocet and call your doctor right away if you have skin redness or a rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling. If you have this type of reaction, you should never again take any medicine that contains acetaminophen.
Call your doctor at once if you have:
- shallow breathing, slow heartbeat;
- a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out;
- confusion, unusual thoughts or behavior;
- seizure (convulsions);
- problems with urination; or
- nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Common Percocet side effects include:
- drowsiness;
- upset stomach, constipation;
- blurred vision; or
- dry mouth.
This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

It is a strong narcotic with tylenol in it used for pain relief. It is harsh to the stomach so you want to at least drink some milk or better eat with it. Should only take if prescribed because can interact with other medications, causing respiratory depression and/or death.
