anyone know this film?

hey, when i was younger i saw this film that scared the life out of me and now me and my sister cant remeber what its called. all we can remember was that there were creepy children swinging on a swing on top of a cliff... not much i know but anyone know what film it is?? cheers for any help

thanks everyone, ive looked up the trailers for those films though and its none of them... the children in the film are like really creepy looking, they remind me of chuckie. im pretty sre there was 2 of them and one was definately a girl an i think the other was a boy. and they are on swings outside a big old house on the top of a cliff. and everytime the swing its like they are going to fall of the cliff coz its so close to the edge...

    Yeah, sounds like "Village of the Damned"

    Based on the book "The Midwich Cuckoos" by John Wyndham.
