Can you guess what kind of dog this is?

No he is not a Labradoodle. He is a true breed not a disigner breed. I will give you a hint. He is from Ireland, and he already stands four feet tall when standing on his hind legs. He will reach to be well over six feet tall when he is full grown. That is all the hint I will give you, because I have given it away already with the hint.

I also would like you all to know I adopted him from a shelter. The day I found him he was scheduled to be put to sleep. I knew what he was as soon as I saw him online on my space classifieds. The vet then verified that he was exactly what I knew he was.

Ok there is three people with the correct answer,but two were unsure exactly. Yes Deagan is an Irish Wolfhound puppy,and he is very sweet indeed. When I first brought him home he was frightened of leashes and doorways. I guess I can not blame him for that being that the last doorway he went through it locked behind him, and they were dragging him by a leash trying to get him to walk. When I got there to view him he perked right up,and I felt so bad for him being there. I hated that I had to leave him there for an entire weekend before I could bring him home. They told me he could not go home yet until they nuetered him and gave him his shots. When I came back on Monday afternoon to take him home he was happy to see me but still tired from the drugs they gave him. Anyway he is one happy dog now, and has gotten over going through doorways, and will walk on a leash just fine too. He likes the harness though the best. I sure do wish I knew how he ended up at that shelter?
