What are your thoughts on this disturbing story?

I can't believe some one didn't know something. All the people involved should be tortured just like they did that poor boy. How dare some people think they have the right to abuse a poor boy!! But, you watch, they will just go to prison and the taxpayers will fed and house these low life's. Why isn't the death penalty right for these people? They have ruined this boys life. Nothing I think could be horrible enough for these people. My prayers are with the boy. Oh, put a chain and pad lock on all these grown people who knew better.
