I guess you have them connected to the carb already so i wont elaborate on that part, loosen the locking nuts on bottom of control switch; carefully remove phillips head screws on back to open the control switch, Carefully! you must remember how and where each cable lays! Replace one cable at a time; remove it from the throttle sleeve & feed it down thru the opening on the bottom, feed the new one up around the sleeve channel. do the same with the other cable, the hardest part is getting the switch back together. once back together, twist the thottle to check the pull and snap-back (Bike turned Off) to determine if any other adjustments are needed. If you have taken it apart aready and it is in pieces, what i have wrote will not help you and a manual will not tell you or give a diagram on how to do this, i found zero on the internet so you may have to take it to a dealer to have it put back together properly.

best bet would be to buy a manual....this is hard to explain and sounds like you need a book anyway

Source(s): if you cant fix yourself......get a manual
