How to stop the rining in my ear???!!!?
About two weeks ago I had a really bad pain in my left ear. My mother in-law told me to put "sweet oil" in my ear a just levae it there. So I did and the pain went away. The next day I got up and my RIGHt ear was rining, and has been now for a WEEK. I cant stand it anymore...
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THE RINING??????
PLEASE HELP =)

That was a joke my grandfather would tell me.
For real tho lay on your back and move your head all the way to the left slowly, then back all the way to the right, then up as far as you can go then back. do that 3 or 4 times really slowly. It will dislodge any inner cilia that is the usual cause for this.
Otherwise see a doctor, unfortunately there is little you can do about it if it is persistent it is called tinnitus btw

It might be associated with TMJ, and you can use a mild muscle relaxer to reduce the pressure in your ear. Mine rings too
