Chest pain after falling in basketball?

ye, i had a game yesterday varsity basketball right.. well i was diving for a ball that got like fumbled or whatever, then i got toppled cuz we were playin this **** *** team, i felt my chest pop, but ppl were sayin itll b fine the next day, well its not it hurts when i crunch and run, so i was thinkinit was my lungs but it doesnt hurt when i take deep breaths.. ye sum1 tell me what i got cuz i dun feel like goin to the doc, thanks.

    You need to go see the doctor to make sure that you haven't fractured something or separated ribs. You may need prescription medication to help that deep breathing problem.
