Legal question please answer?
is it legal to transfer a child school without both parents permission. one of the paernts was not notified of the change in school. is this legal if they are not married???

The parent with custody has the right to do pretty much what they want in this situation. If you have a good relationship, it should have been discussed.

Is there a custody order in place? If there is and the parents have joint legal custody then making a medical, religious or educational decision without the notification and possible agreement of the other parent can be considered contempt of court.
