Using exel, how can you put a boarder on a group of cells in a worksheet?

I have a worksheet that is 40 rows by 3 columns. I want to put a boarder on the bottom of each cell. Is there a way to do them all at once or do I have to do each row individually?

If you select all the rows and right click and go to cell properties and then "Borders" it gives you all the options.

It will also show you a diagram of a table. If you click the line button on the bottom, it should underline each cell selected.
