Filipino Dialect on words.?

How do you say "stool" or "poo-poo" or in filipino slang "tae" in other filipino dialects...

Lets say Ilocano or Bicolano or Tagalog or any other dialect because "tae" really seems to be quite a gross and a slang term.

I'm not sure tae is slang since I've never heard it said any other way. Even if there was another word, tae is the one used in conversation so using something else would probably sound rather unnatural.

Also, Tagalog and Filipino are pretty much the same. Filipino is basically just Tagalog with the addition of words from other places (diksyunaryo from the Spanish diccionario, in fact it mainly borrows Spanish and English words). It's basically watered-down Tagalog. So basically tae is used in both Tagalog and Filipino.

I'm afraid I don't know any dialects. But if you're going to learn any words, you should stick to Filipino since that's the national language.
