No, the Christian Antichrist is Jewish, not Islamic. Since Obama is the Antichrist, this means Obama is Jewish.

Jerry Falwell said the Antichrist was alive and that's enough evidence for me.

Here. Please print this out and pin it up so you can refer back to it in the NEAR future.

    ANTICHRIST

This word means “against (or instead of) Christ.” It occurs a total of five times, singular and plural, all of them in two of John’s epistles.

The subject was not new among the Christians when John wrote his letters (98 C.E.). First John 2:18 states: “Young children, it is the last hour, and, just as you have heard that antichrist is coming, even now there have come to be many antichrists; from which fact we gain the knowledge that it is the last hour.” John’s statement shows that there are many individual antichrists, though all together they may form a composite person designated “the antichrist.” (2 John 7) The use of the expression “hour” as referring to a period of time, either relatively brief or of undetermined length, is shown in other writings of John. (See John 2:4; 4:21-23; 5:25, 28; 7:30; 8:20; 12:23, 27.)

He thus did not restrict the appearance, existence, and activity of such antichrist to some future time only but showed that the antichrist was then present and would continue on. (1 John 4:3).

    Identification

Although there has been much effort in the past to identify “the antichrist” with an individual, such as Pompey, Nero, or Muhammad (this latter person being suggested by Pope Innocent III in 1213 C.E.), or with a specific organization, as in the Protestant view of “the antichrist” as applying to the papacy, John’s inspired statements show the term to be broad in its application, embracing all those who deny that “Jesus is the Christ,” and who deny that Jesus is the Son of God who came “in the flesh.”

    Anyone who denies Christ or his existence is the anti-christ (1 John 2:22; 4:2, 3; 2 John 7; compare John 8:42, 48, 49; 9:22)

    Hope this has been helpful.

Yeah, sure, whatever you said. Just read your book, dear, I'm sure you'll find a story in there about the Flying Spaghetti Monster tripping over a bucket of meatballs and seeing the AntiNoodle's face in the hamburger or something....

[Edit] Yeah....many people in the past have believed the "anti-christ" to be living among them in their time period. Is there a new one every century, or something? Is it some kind of fad since Christianity created the first anti-christ?

When Christ looked the mirror he saw it. Left is right and right is left?

I really don't believe you can have a real anti christ because you can not truly know who christ actually was. And if there were such a thing wouldn't it have to be the augmented version produced by years of folklore and legend and tranlational errors both on purpose and otherwise in order to be a perfect opposite.

An antichrist is anyone that don't believe and follow Christ and do thing to put him to open shame. Satan or the Devil is the great antichrist.

Whoever it may be. they aren't saying. Besides even if you knew. What good would it do you? And if the anti-christ is living here on earth. where you going to look? One might also look to themself for the answer.

The word antichrist is used in the book of John, I think, and just means atheist. The word doesn't appear in the book of Revelation.
