can someone tell me where...?

This sculpture/fountain is?

I've loved it since I found this pic but can't find out where it is.

Hmmm... For some reason it woun't let me put a link in to the pic.

The sculpture is of about eight horses galloping towards and through a 'pond' or fountain...

Can someone tell me how to take a pic out of my pictures folder and post it here?
