for me to ask my daughters Grandma and Uncle to help out with expenses on reserving a spot at a pizza place for my daughters B Day?

I dont see anything wrong with it , afterall they are family, perhaps you dont have anough money, i suggest you go to them and explain the situation you are in before asking for the favor, that way they know why you are asking them ........ good luck!

It all depends on your situation, if you can afford it you should be paying for it but if you cannot than have a talk with them about the birthday party idea and tell them that you would like to have it at the pizza place but cannot afford it , if they read in between the lines they will offer to help out if not don't ask I wouldn't and make other plans for her birthday . Make pizza at home .

So long as they're going! Everyone should pitch in, kid's birthdays are expensive, I'm sure they wont mind paying their bit. They'll want her to have a nice day =)

no i don't think it is wrong at all, tell them before hand so they know.
things are just getting too expensive now im sure they wouldn't mind helping out.
