I recommend that you make a copy of the threat and file reports with the FBI, the State Attorney General's Office and the local District Attorney.

They are probably just angry talkin jack.

I don't know with freedom of speech that anything can be done on the internet, not to mention that anyone can change what you type by being on your pc and so can viruses change things...so, I would say not to worry, and if your are, refuse to talk to them. I have read a lot of death threats on here, mostly to GWB and the contemplations of it because of Iraq..but I doubt they really meant it or reallly wanted to hurt him for sure, except the one over in Georgia. (country Ga, not state)

Report it to yahoo and report it to the police, take it seriously it may not be a joke and you could save a life. More than likely and investigation will follow.

Felony, perhaps. But since it was over the Internet you have to prove that they were serious, prove who made the threat, show that they had the means to do it, prove that you had a reasonable and actual fear that they would do it, and prove immediacy.
