How do get rid of a migraine or headache?

Excedrin, aspirin, and tylonol is not working for me. I have tried pretty much everything.

Any suggestions?

Those are all good...try a dark- cool and quite room, one cup of tea or coffee for caffeine and 100Mg's of Tylenol.

Make certain you have had a lot of water, too.

I used to get migraines so bad I did nothing but throw up all day long and could not open my eyes. I went to physical therapy for 2 months 2 times a week. They put me on heat and massaged my neck and back. 3 years later not one migraine since. It's worth a try.

i get horrible migraines. the kind that most meds DONT work.

    2 things.

pinch the top of your nose. where it meets your for head for temp relief. cuts off the blood. its a pressure point.

but i usually take 2 tablespoons of benodryl & 2 tylonol extra strength. it puts me in a weird sleepy state. and the pain starts to drift off and isnt as bad.

dont know how healthy it is. but its the ONLY thing that makes me able to deal with it

I get absolutely awful migraines (splitting headache, throwing up and right side of my body goes numb) and I use 2 Solpadeine tablets (red packet with yellow lightning bolt on it) and have a glass of water, lie down and cover my eyes so no light can get in and massage my temples until I fall asleep. I wake up fine!
